Configurable Response Delays Added separate activation delays for Code 2 and Code 3 responses, allowing a brief pause before emergency traffic behaviour activates.
Separate Deactivation Speeds Added configurable deactivation thresholds to reduce repeated switching when the emergency vehicle's speed fluctuates around its activation threshold.
Gradual Pursuit Traffic Adjustments Added configurable application and release rates for civilian speed caps during pursuits, allowing adjustments to build and recover gradually.
Vehicle Class Profiles Added separate Police, Ambulance and Fire response profiles. Each class can override the global Code 2 and Code 3 settings.
Individual Vehicle Overrides Added model-specific response profiles for individual emergency vehicles. Unspecified settings inherit from the global response and vehicle class.
Configuration Reload Command Added CETReload to reload the INI through the RAGE Plugin Hook console without restarting the game.
Status Command Added CETStatus to write the current response mode, protection state and management information to RagePluginHook.log.
Automatic Configuration Upgrades Added automatic insertion of missing INI settings. Existing values, comments and custom sections are preserved, with a timestamped backup created before changes are made.
Experimental Traffic-Stop Passing Added optional assistance for eligible ambient drivers blocked behind a stationary cruiser during a traffic stop. The feature issues one normal cruising request and leaves route selection to GTA. Disabled by default.

Stable Civilian Speed Targets Civilian speed-cap targets now use the vehicle's speed when first managed, preventing repeated downward adjustments based on traffic that has already slowed.
Protected Vehicle Release Vehicles that become protected while being managed have the plugin's speed adjustment released immediately.
External Speed-Cap Handling Detected speed-cap changes made elsewhere are respected. Conflicting vehicles are excluded from immediate reacquisition to reduce repeated interference.
Configuration Loading New settings are prepared before replacing the active configuration. Invalid values are logged and use inherited or default settings.
